Wine Maker Notes: Pure fruit shines with the polished tannins that provide an evident structure. Fleshy and voluptuous, clean and fresh with herbs. The pepper finish is more savory, which adds complexity.
Vineyard: 3,300 feet above sea level. Trellis System: High vertical shoot position. Age of vines: 30 years old. Pressurized drip irrigation. Soil: Sandy loam, rocky bottom. Pruning: Double Guyot. 100% Sustainable.  Natural cover crop, no chemical fertilizers and herbicides. Production: 1.5kg average per plant. Harvest by hand, using small plastic boxes during the last week of March.


Tech Analysis: 100% Malbec.

Alcohol: 14.5% by vol.

Aging: 30% aged 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels.

Release Date: January 2017

Cases Produced: 140 (750 ml bottles)


Cellaring: While ready to enjoy now, this wine will age well for up to 5-7 years.
