From Cafayate, Salta, the undisputed best place to grow Torrontés in Argentina. From 30-year-old vines, 5,700 feet above sea level. This actively aromatic Torrontés takes this white wine varietal to a new level; mineral, peach skin and flowers wrapped together.



Gold Medal – Finger Lakes Int’l Wine Competition

5,500 feet above sea level. Trellis System: Pergola (Roof Trelling). Age of vines: +50 years old. Pressurized drip irrigation. Soil: Sandy. Pruning: Mixed. 100% Sustainable.  Natural cover crop, no chemical fertilizers and herbicides. Production: 2 kg average per plant. Harvest by hand, using small plastic boxes during the middle of March.


Tech Analysis: 100% Torrontés

Alcohol: 13.5% by vol.

Release Date: January 2017

Cellaring: While ready to enjoy now, this wine will age well for up to 3-5 years.
